There was a recipe we found someplace that called for
1 can rotel
2 cups elbow pasta
1 cup sour cream
1 pound chicken chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese

It sounded like a nasty mess to me but she wanted me to make it. So I subbed elbow for small shells and chicken for half as much spiced pork sausage.

It is still a sloppy mess but it is a tasty sloppy mess.

Great recipe! Highly recomended /g

I just had a couple of bites of my slice of the apricot tart and I will agree with your wife's summary: good flavor, weird texture

the crust is definitely hefty and I think the plums would be an excellent fruit substitution. I'll be happy to weigh in on future efforts :)
