No problem, Googling is what I love to do. :) Oh, I couldn't find any blank printable ones anywhere I looked (except for places that offer to print them for you), but you might make do with tent cards and a hole punch?

That's probably the best solution yet. Thank you! I can even find tent cards at the local stationary/office supply store!
