why is it that every webcomic starts out with every strip interesting.

then some time shifts, to add more characters and plotlines, but still gags pretty much every day,

then ends up in the morass of long-plotline-with-slow-updates.

can think of a couple of exceptions., but not very fucking many

but i don't really share it. i like long plotlines.

i like them enough to deal with slow updates.

hell, i find most gag-a-day comics really, really silly.

Okay, some of the shit Pete Abrams did in those last few plotlines WAS fucking annoying, but...

one of my exceptions that I was thinking of,
