Actually, it's not too bad! I was pretty sore when I first woke up, but now that I'm up and moving around my muscles have loosened up. The only real pain left is in my toes--they feel like they've been stubbed. Slowly. Against the front of my running shoes.

Definitely staying away from any high-impact exercise for a few days, though.
