Hey everybody. You should check out my new project that I have started posting on YouTube. It's just for a bit of funzies because I'm a loser like that and I find physics fun. I got another whiteboard for this project too. I have too many of them now. A normal 17 year old would have their wall covered in posters of meaningless bands and movies, but ( Read more... )

So THAT'S why you have the camera set up in our room then...? And here I thought it was going to be for other things. Verdammt...

And I've heard you singing before when you think nobody's around. You're really fucking good, Birdie. No joke. I would totally bone you for it if I wasn't already.

When it comes to what your mutti had for me in that care package, let's just say that my vatis would be proud as hell for the dirt she managed to dig up on you. Kesesesesesese...

You've perfected hiding it. No one would know where you were from based only on the way you talk. I admit, I still have a bit of an accent... mostly in the way I pronounce some sounds. Luckily it's not too thick. I still like your usual voice best, even with the accent... it's the voice I'm most used to hearing out of you. It's sometimes weird telling people about speaking so many languages. "Where is your accent from Tino?" "Well, I'm from Finland, but I speak English fluently and Estonian is the language I know best after that." "Why Estonian?" "Because my best friend is Estonian, even though he speaks Finnish better than I speak Estonian."

Awwww...aitah, Ti. I agree with the languages. There's Estonian, Finnish, English, and now quite a lot of German. Gil's been teaching me. I'm sure I could also learn Italian if I was so inclined. Half of Gil's family is Italian, so that wouldn't be much of a stretch.

And I've only perfected hiding the accent when I want to because I have to give so many presentations and lectures that I don't want to end up causing confusion when pronouncing things differently. Not ashamed of it at all. It's simply for the ease of my audience. I actually find accents pretty appealing. German most of all.

We all know WHY you find the German appealing though! (Hoho, same reason why I like Swedish. Berwald's tried teaching me some, I'm picking up a little here and there.)

I'd have to be DEAF not to find German hot. I mean...it's Gil for crying out loud. Sometimes he says things before we part for class that he probably shouldn't and just listening to him gets me going and makes it almost impossible to concentrate on work. Grrrrrr....yay for hormones *note intense sarcasm*
