Yeah good luck with not doing warm-ups after awhile of running. Unless you are unhurtable I'm guessin you're gonna start hurting. I wanted to try doing relays but I'll probably do the 4X100 in the spring instead of the 4X400 or the 4X200. For now, I'm just content throwing shotputs and imagining them going through certain people's heads.
no way in hell i can do warmups. ill have no energy left by the time those are finished lol. and the fact im like 115 lbs means less impact weight.. im assuming that helps. throw a shotput at mills? please?

i eat more than you could imagine. full pizzas, 2 meatball subs, full steak + half box of rice pilaf, any of those. ultra high metabolism. :o focus on mills XD actually, lets get mack to throw the shotput at mills, k? yea, i have no energy. i have more speed than you though XD
