I ordered my MochiMe at Fanime, and you said you'd ship it in a week. and it's been a week, and i havent gotten my America and England Mochi yet >_< Can i know when they'll be shipped?

Unfortunately I caught a horrible case of the con flu and was REALLY sick for several days after the con. I've been trying to email people who ordered to let them know, but I don't have emails from everyone. Good news is that all of the orders that are America and England mochi should be shipping out tomorrow or Wednesday! Can you tell me what your first name is and I can tell you which day it will be!

Again, I'm very sorry that it's taking longer than I thought, but they are on their way very soon!

After we place our order, do we have to wait until the face approval to hear from you or do you contact us to let us know you got our order? If we wait until face approval how long does it usually take?

I'll contact you to double-check the order! First I'll try commenting and if that doesn't work, I'll email you at the address I received.

How long it takes depends on the mochi. If it's one I've done before, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks but if it's a custom, plan on 2-3 weeks.
