Well, if I have to start with a bit of a proud moment this year, it might as well be a musical one.

Today we had a day with one of my orchestras, where everyone was invited to play a bit of music: alone, in a duet or small group. I did a piece with a trombone quartet called "A Song for Japan".

Yay for playing the song for Japan! It sounds like it went well. BTW, the earthquake/tsunami was two years ago,

And congratulations on speaking up on what kind of music you get to play. I'm proud of you, and I hope they start giving you more interesting music. :) *hugs*
