You should find the shittiest car possible and on your free time, just take it, park it downtown and leave it there... see how many tickets you get, how long it takes them to tow it, and how long it takes them to send you one of these handwritten abortions. Then, when you get the summon, just say that you couldn't have left the car there since you're on house arrest...
parking tickets suck, and so do the office people who work for the court/police station. You might remember when I got my background check for my Icelandic residence permit...well it looked much like how you describe your court summons...police 'chief' was even spelled wrong at the bottom. Needless to say, I had to go to Indy to get one that actually looked like it was typed by someone other than Carmen's kids
