The IRS sent me a letter saying they couldn't directly deposit my refund because either the account number or routing number was incorrect.  They weren't.  Fucking assholes.  Now MAYBE I'll get my refund in a month, when I filed in early January.  Thanks for the fucking help, and you wonder why you're the most loathed government bureaucracy!  Hope

at least you got a refund...

last year i coughed up well over a grand in tax payments which hurt my little bank account severely...and i got so excited that we were getting refunds...

so i kept waiting
and waiting
for my refund

then one day i decided to check online...

and it said i wasn't eligible for one because my parents still claimed me as a dependent.

and i was very sad.

and that's the end of that story.
