Yea so I hate myself, among others. At work today I got so angry I had to sit down and couldn't stop shaking with rage for about 10 minutes, I felt physically sick for the rest of the day and got really depressed

Please don't hate yourself. I think that's a terrible waste. You have an awful lot going for you and few have maintained the amount of integrity you carry inside of you every day. I've shared similar feelings myself, and have held the world in contempt; truth be told, we have absolutely no control over others and the seemingly never-ending self-centered and motivated acts that penetrate our daily lives. You speak of this void.....I know what you're talking about. I have learned from experience, that this void can be filled with hope and love, and that many people eventually come around to whatever it is they need to. I've hated, I've held grudges, and I've become a victim of my own stubberness. Fill your life with as much love as possible, and I PROMISE you it shall return ten fold, even if it comes in the form of just one or two other people. It's like that song by the people you hate so much; ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE.
