I was called from my superviser on Sunday, from another state, get told I had extra responsibilities on Monday, mind you I work in an office, so this is not a circumstance that would happen in a normal environement, or does it?. Ok my point is is this normal?

The supervisor could have rung you first thing on Monday morning surely, but maybe he/she were determined that you should turn up come hell or high water, sick or half-dead. Employers, I think these days believe you should be available and at their service 24/7. Today is my rostered day off for the month and my manager rings me and starts rattling off these figures I provided last week and expects me to answer a question about them straight away. After half an hour of me giving instructions to look for the particular output file and going over the figures with him, I think he went away assuming I made a typo with one of the figures. I'm pretty sure I didn't but by the end of the conversation, I couldn't give a stuff whether I did or not.

You should claim time and a half for the time you spent on the phone with discussing work. See how she likes that crapola.

I find that odd. You're an hourly employee, right? Very strange to be called at home over the weekend. Good luck! (gorgeous layout, by the way!!!)

Actually I am salaried but they break it down hourly. I know they do it for overtime purposes. I am not sure now, but we are only required to work 9-5 unless OT is called for & as _pet said in her comment that would be considered OT.
Thanks about the layout.
