Srsly, Munchkins are sort of a quasi-breed, depending on which organization you ask. The stumpy legs of adorability are the result of a naturally-occurring mutation. There's some kefuffling over whether it's cruel/incredibly stupid to purposely breed for a mutation, but I'm of the opinion that if it doesn't affect their quality of life (and if one is a responsible pet owner, it shouldn't), there's no real harm in it.
Fun fact! If you breed a munchkin with a regular-legged cat, the kittens can be a mix of stubbies and nons. :D Youtube is being a hater to me for some reason, so who knows if this will work, but N'awwwwwomg.
