What ways have you tried in leaving this..island?

I haven't tried a whole lot myself, but other people have tried sailing to he edge of this place, calling their friends to come and get them out but being unable to connect, teleportation...maybe someone tried flying out of here as well with no luck. Are you plotting your own escape technique?
