Doubled checked this with two sources. I believe that would be 'henkou' written with two kanji:

変更 (へんこう)

Difficult question... jesscheaux's suggestion is correct. Just be warned that 変更 (へんこう) doesn't especially bring forth any romantic imagery or anything. Just be warned - tattoos are forever, after all.
