A good friend of mine teaches English abroad (presently in Russia). I'll ask him about the qualifications :)

I may very well be at a loose end not too far away then! It'd be nice to see you :)

Thanks hun :)

Whereabouts did you say you'll be, btw? I'm still not decided on exact Geography, but Okinawa looks like it might be ideal for me...

asked another friend of mine who teaches EFL down in Brighton, he says that TEFL is more recognised in Japan ^^ will ask my other friend when I talk to him to see if he thinks the same!

I meant I'll be near Hammersmith on Tuesday :) doubtful I'll be going abroad in the forseeable future, but I'll see!

I spend so much time dashing to voice therapy there!

Sad moment yesterday (cf driving past Oxford, oryx and crake)

Still after same surgery myself and will watch with interest.

Missing you and buried alive as bloke in a hotel for a week...

Ooh good luck with the chondrothingy. I will be at work at the other end of London, but thinking of you.

(I also may actually be going to watch Sweeney Todd this evening now. Debatable whether you really needed to know that, I suppose...)

Thanks hun; and (to compensate a little for my silence on your own journal), I've been reading about your experiences with interest, and hope all continues to go well :)
