Yeah, I live right across Hamburg from the break, about a hundred yards away.. They're doing construction on a Goddard Preschool, and someone/something hit the pipe and it burst.

i live pretty close to that place too...that damn pre-skool coulda killed hundreds....is that the price for education

I feel bad for him, and (although I need more info to judge) bet he hardly did anything wrong. Of dubious morality, sure, but probably not that bad.
