Ideally I would like full color and animated, but of course just whatever you have the time and desire to do. Accoring to the FAQ:
The picture must be a .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. The actual picture can be no larger than 100x100 pixels, and the file size cannot be greater than 40kb.
But I don't want to be pushy about it, you're doing me a nice favor and I appreciate it.
Anyway, glad you're making progress on the manga... sounds like you're very busy.
