Hey, don't feel bad about having to get dresses altered. I ordered a size 14 dress, which ended up fitting me just fine everywhere but my chest. I can humbly say that my chest isn't small, and this size 14 apparently assumes that my breasts must be enormous to match the rest of my body.

Proportionally, I think I look fine the way I am, and if I did look like this dress assumes, gravity demands that I would fall over. So you're not the only one. This particular thing happens to me all the time. Grrr to the world of clothes and fashion.
