crazy bush

There is a bush outside which apparently thinks it is autumn, even though none of the other trees or surrounding shrubbery think this. This particular bush has about 1/3 dead leaves already, while the rest of the foliage surrounding the house still blazes bright green. Weird thing is, the bush leaves didn't do the whole turn-colors-for-awhile-then-

Sounds exactly like what my Dad did to my mom's bushes when his weed spray "drifted". I guess we should all be thrilled it didn't drifted onto Dad, but where it touched the bush the bush died.
