He is our operative in Redfield's team. He is currently playing his cards and leaking information to them to get on their good side. However, things are a bit unstable, so he has decided to take a different route.

Concerning the mako: power, speed and a greater deal of intelligence. However, there are draw backs, but I believe molding it with the Plagas specimen shall give you a wonderful new power boost.
