That was exactly what i thought when the Doc and Khaaaaaaaan's showdown started.

The Emergency temporal Shift was such a copout though- even if all Daleks *were* destroyed then they could just bring back Davros to build them all over again.

See, that's what I don't get. If all the Time Lords were killed and there's none out there anymore, it's a complete paradox. Surely the doctor could just travel to a point where he knows they existed and warn them. Makes no sense!
