I have a dim memory of some kind of gathering at Zelda's about a year ago so I think this wasn't technically my very first Pride. But it was my first chance to really go out and sample the wares, as it were.

Hey Dash,

Let me be the first to write a comment! That was a really fun day at Gay Pride, and admit it, you ENJOYED being used as a 'prop' for our photos as much as we loved taking them! Besides, how would your first Gay Pride weekend have been memorable if you had not had a chance to actually meet and have contact with some of the colourful locals?? BTW, don't tell Mommy and Daddy this, but I was a little afraid they were going to report me to CAS for allowing you to come into such close contact with a snake. But I knew you were brave enough to handle it :-)

(That's a little confusing, btw. Right now, whenever anyone asks me "where's the boobies?" I pull up mommy's shirt and look underneath. Does this mean when you're around, I'm supposed to look two places?)

Glad to hear that you enjoyed your first (but technically second!) pride, Dash - looks like you were very popular with the crowd, and got to experience a paparazzi moment or three!!

I just realised I forgot to reply to this! I told your mum I thought the picture with you, the lady and the snake was awesome. I bet your dad loved it!

I'm glad you had a good Pride Dash. I want you to go every year and give me reports - I'll live them through you! :D
