Mental health charities worth donating to?

One of my housemates is leaving me some furniture when she moves out this week; she's said she doesn't want cash, but would like me to make a small donation to a mental health charity instead. Can anybody recommend a good mental health charity that needs money? I know there are many fantastic charities and groups working in the mental health sector

I've always heard that Mind is good, but have nothing to back this up with. I think it's probably just the biggest/best know. I may ask my friend who's working at a disability/metal health charity what the name of hers is.

MIND is good, definitely.

Also, the one I'd plump for is the London equivalent of OSARCC (Oxford Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre), but that's not strictly mental health...
