That was so nice! Three years really is too long! John must have been in so much pain and then he must of thought it was a dream and then a happy resolution! Very sweet!

Thank you! I thought of maybe having John outright ignore Sherlock, thinking it was a hallucination and implying that he's had a lot of them... But then this happened! Thanks for reading.

Ahhh, this was wonderful, like a warm cup of tea. I think you worked the canon faint in perfectly--I especially enjoyed Sherlock's mental list and awkward attempts at caring for fainting!John. And the sock index (I teared up). Well done! ^_^

I'm both happy and sorry to hear about your reaction to the sock index - my bad! Ahaha.
I think one of the best compliments you can get is when someone tells you that you fit into the canon, so thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Hehe, no need to apologize for tears. It's a compliment, fanfic rarely gets me worked up. :)

How great is that? A BBC-verse return fic with a true Doyle'sque faint! :D And applause for Sherlock's "nervous nonchalance", if that makes sense, highly enjoyable. Intense and heartwarming ficlet, just like I hope their reunion will be. Great job!
