I'm not much of a Cartoon Network fan these days, but I was glad I got up early to watch the Macy's parade. I mainly wanted to see some Muppet action, but this did in a pinch. The puppet effects on this thing are inspiring, should I boldly attempt such things for future shows. Behold the neatest thing ever....

Gotta hand it to cartoon network in their efforts to one-up the Rick Rolling Meme to go with the real thing.

I also love the part at the end where the announcer says "that was Rick Astley singing the Rick Rolling Phenom 'Never Gonna Give You Up'"

If I didn't know any better, I would have had no idea he was the original person singing the song, but merely some sort of privileged stand-in who agreed to participate in some live-action meme-fun.

It was certainly a more successful Cartoon Network prank than the Aqua Teens incident (amusing as that was, too)....
