Driving in the back roads of northern Virginia at night requires super-human concentration. There are no street lights. The road is only two lanes and surrounded by forest. Deer are rampant. Sometimes, like tonight, semi-trucks drive right on your ass. I'm glad I waited that hour before driving home.

I still want you to meet me in Richmond while you're in Virginia. I miss you.

I just spent an evening with Sterling Poole. We watched Battle Royale and were treated to one of Gregory's temper tantrums. There was a walking around my neighborhood with sky lit by full moon and air warm with summer. She took a photo of Salvador and me. I leave tomorrow for Virginia and I will miss Jacksonville. I have discoverd great value in spending more time with my mom. The more time I spend, the more time I want to spend with her.
