My parents and I took a visit to our grandparents' and great-grandparents' graves during the Obon Festival. My grandparents had both passed away when I was barely five years old, so I don't really have much memory of them, but somehow I still feel extremely attached. We fought hard and tried our very best. That's all I can say. Seigaku is still a strong team; we just weren't strong enough this time around. I commend all of you on your well-played matches.

I... I don't know what happened. I don't know why Kaidoh and I couldn't hold our game in the last match. Was our training not enough? Were we too confident in ourselves? Were we underestimating our opponents? Should I have gathered even more data from Yamabuki ( Read more... ) -

There's something relaxing about sitting in a cafe and just watching people interact. Seeing the smiles and laughter between a child and parent, the playful slap on the arm between a couple, the occasional sigh from the workers who have been on their feet all day. The party that Hitomi threw for Renji was quite something. It was a small gathering, but there were some faces that I hadn't seen in a while, so that made things more interesting.
