Appearance/Personality:
Inui is quite tall (around 6'3") with spiky black hair. His thick spectacles tend to always hide his eye color (which is green) and whatever emotion is playing in them at the moment (usually devious).
He's rather dorky in casual dress and has a penchant for talking incessantly while no one pays attention. He enjoys experimenting, particularly creating "juices" (that are really of questionable content).
History:
After graduating with his undergraduate degree in chemistry, Inui decided to pursue an advanced degree in sociology, his minor. After hearing about Lioncrest through various methods (most of which are possibly illegal), he determined that his Master's thesis should be on the complex relationship forged between a butler and student. In layman's terms, class differences.
He applied for Lioncrest on this premise; that he would observe the students with their butlers and form a conclusion to his hypothesis: "Is there a definite deliniation between social classes?"
He also asked to be permanently in Ombra, mainly due to its simplicity.
