I'm sorry to hear you had such a rough time of it and I'm glad you told people about your problems and that they helped you :)

You know I'm an optimist at heart, but estate agents are really just the wrong place to go looking for humanity ;) The truth is that people treat other people badly if they feel that it is expected of them and if an authority figure gives them instructions, they will usually follow them without accounting the consequence.

This is something we all need to recognise in ourselves and guard against, every waking day.
