Well, most sim cards can be used all over the world, depending on your service provider. it's the phone, it needs to be a tri-band phone in order to use sim cards that are international. :)

Did I make sense? My aunt use to sell cellphones, so I know a lot. Plus, this is the Philippines, were #1 in text messaging.

I always assumed the +44 was the country code, so you guys would need it to text me.

Depends on the service provider. When I text my dad in the US, it costs me 10 pesos. But it costs my dad nothing to text me.
