It's not silly to mourn the death of someone who touched your life and affected it deeply.

I thought of you right away when I heard this - such sad news. I'm not a Slipknot fan but many of my friends are and they are heartbroken :(

Really you thought of me?

It's very sad news. Makes it sadder that he really was such a nice guy from what I've seen. Such a shame.

Yeah, you and my friend Meg are big Slipknot fans so when I heard the news I immediately thought of you guys.

In happier news, I bought the first Goober & the Peas album (a weird combo of Jack White and eventual Blanche) and it is well fantastic. 'Goober' (ie Dan John) has a silly drunken ramble about women on the last track. I think you'd like it!

Yeah I heard the song Hot Women (Cold Beer) but that's all I'm familiar with. It's a cool song lol, I will have to check out more.

Rest in peace, Paul Gray. I'm still in misbelief.

I felt very much the same way you did when The Rev (from Avenged Sevenfold) passed away. Both his and Paul's passing are leaving me in grief.

Me too. Just doesn't seem possible he's gone in a way...

Yeah I heard about The Rev's passing. So many are just leaving us too soon =(
