mantaraggio is the best thing since sliced bread (and I think you all know how much I love toast)!
I got home today and found a small box waiting for me from Canada and squeaked in excitement. Flower wanted to see, too:
Of course, she also wanted to ask, "What are you lookin' at?"
Fudgie got in on the investigation:
DO YOU SEE IT ???
Unfortunately, I'm not a great photographer and couldn't get any of these pics clear enough to do it justice, but here is my awesome lucky cat from manta. I asked for something from Alias or ST:TNG and got this Borg kitty with actual wires sticking out of it. It's definitely getting a place of honor among my collectibles.
And because she's the cutest thing ever, she included a hand written letter (that I cherish, and... perv over... because it is actual handwriting!) with a Friends joke about lotion/powder paste pants (the 1st kind of varnish didn't dry very well and the second one altered the gray color slightly) that (of course) I got and this whole post is about how fun it is to have a talented friend send me something in the mail (and also about parenthetical inclusions of which that friend is also fond).
ETA: Stark had already named the borg kitty, so I changed the title of the post.
