As always, I'm so excited every time there's an update from you :) Really, the quality is always top notch. I love that you don't shy away from the medical aspect of a story, it's very believable. But I also love how prickly but still worried House is about Wilson. That's very him :)

I only hope Cuddy is going to explain to Wilson that House didn't want the case and was more or less forced to take it.
Also... He deserved to be told. That's so true. I'm surprised that Cameron didn't think at Wilson's well being - even if she was against House's plan.

I love this part as well. House cares strongly for Wilson, but in a very possessive way, and it shows.
It should have been enough, he knew, that Wilson was still around; he should be grateful to have him standing there in his kitchen, out of danger and yelling. But House wasn't that selfless. This wasn't about Wilson; it was always about House and Wilson, about the two of them together, and right now there was nothing to be thankful for.

But I love that he's going to try to mend it. :)

am glad you enjoyed it :) The mending will be attempted next chapter, but now part ii) is up, which is Wilson's side of the coin after their little skirmish. Hope this isn't moving too slowly . . . my chapters keep getting longer :/

It was worth the wait! hehe... You are such a wonderful writer and I'm enjoying this story so much. I can't wait to get to some more House/Wilson interaction. I want to find out how House will try to fix the situation with Wilson. I find both situations that they are in really hard. On one hand, House needed to do his job. On the other hand, this was the guy that tried to kill Wilson! To be honest, I'm leaning towards Wilson's point of view right now. I'm not sure House should have taken the case. Although, I could def. see him taking the case on the show. It's not about right or wrong, but what you think the character would do. Its so hard keeping characters in character...but you do it effortlessly and beautifully. Please update soon! I check all the time to see if you've written another chapter. I'm so hooked!

Lots of H/W coming up, next chapter now that part ii) has been posted. Am glad you like the story and it seems IC: there are moments when I worry about it straying, what with it being such a weird situation I ended up creating! thanks for commenting :)

Oh my god I know this is so late but I dont care Im finally catching up, and I am finally going to finish this lol
