Holiday Excess! Let the bloodshed begin!
Am I the only person who is slipping self-indulgent purchases into the holiday shopping? Today's purchase was modest, but a bit of a luxury: a lame (pronounced "lahm"), which is a very specialized tool for bakers to make the little cuts in the top of baguettes and other breads before they go in the oven. Noticed the one comment on the Amazon page
