Normally I don't post things like this, but this is just the most wonderfully sweet thing:

Aw Alley... -hugs- That's really touching :)
Yea, I agree with them. I doubt many people exist whose life hasn't been touched - no matter how minutely - by Mr. Rogers.

Oh, I know it. He was such a sincerely caring person, and I think it really affected anyone who knew of him for the better. :)

I remember how much I used to watch Mr. Roger's Neighborhood when I was a kid...I don't remember what I saw from the show, but I remember how the show was so calm, so relaxing.

I'd say Mr. Rogers truly has earned his place in the heavens...

*nods* I don't remember much of what I saw from the show either, but I remember the same feeling. :)

"I'd say Mr. Rogers truly has earned his place in the heavens..."

Beautifully and perfectly stated. :)

oh wow, mister rogers. yeah, i used to like that show when i was little....then when i entered my pre-teens, my then best friend and i used to make fun of him all the time. but now...i am pretty indifferent. but yeah, it is sweet that an asteroid was named for him. ^_^ someone who dedicates his life to entertaining others is, after all, a very noble person.

*nods* I remember watching the show with my grandparents once, when I was very young, and how they smiled the whole time they watched it. I really felt bonded with them in that moment. :)
