Regarding the delay:
I wound up getting a batch of bad charm straps in (the metal was weak and the straps broke easily) so I had to order new ones.  The new ones were held by the post office for SEVEN DAYS for some reason so I finally got them on Monday.

OH YES the back also has a protective backing. You can work it off gently with a nail at the edge of it. Let me know if you have any trouble?
