Day Twenty-Two - So curious

Summary: While out pondering the invasion, Jaime encounters Logan. They discuss events in the bubbles before heading to the bakery so Jaime can get Mal breakfast.
Jaime doubted that Sylar would have been a recruit. She was a little worried that the Mal look-alike may have been, however. What if Ice hadn't known what he'd done to her? What if he'd conned his way over here? What if he was out there, right now, waiting for her?
She'd left Mal sleeping (though she had put a note on the nightstand on top of the letter from Ice so he'd know she'd left on her own volition, and hadn't been abducted), and she'd snagged a couple of pastries from the cafeteria.
Munching on the second one, Jaime was roaming outside in the hopes of glimpsing one of the new recruits to see who they were. And then she wondered how much she should trust them - if they'd been pulled to the other side, did they really belong here?
But a lot of other people had come over first, and they were doing okay. So ultimately ... did she trust what Ice had decided, or not?
Licking the last of the donut glaze off her fingers, Jaime crossed her arms over her chest and glanced around the expansive lawn to see what she could see.
