We were up in the rafters too, got a bloody good view of the game though. Could see just about everything really clearly.

Indeed and we stayed to the end and got the excitement of that finish

Good move! My brother and his mates left when there was 1:00 left on the game clock.

They argue that very little actually changed in that time. I argue that it was bloody exciting watching that very little change.

On the other hand, they were nearly home by the time we'd only just reached Marylebone...
