What needs to be done to the place to fix it up?

Quite a bit, really. I'll post the rest of the pictures later. The sheet-rock on the ceiling is falling down in a couple of the upstairs rooms. The kitchen and living room floor is bare concrete subfloor. Some of the siding on the outside needs to be replaced. Lots of cosmetic things that could be done. Thing is, since the price is so low it makes me think that there may be more going on in there than I can see.

Almost seven acres. Something like 6.96 acres. A lot of it is uncleared. Way out in the sticks!

Oh, definately! I don't know how well I could run a place like that, but it would be a good business to have.

I know ... that is why we bought a house and are moving this month.... I just wish you lived closer.. I would use you and abuse you (only in helping me move of course.. *grin*)
