Modest resumption of effort.

Just did 3 sets of 10 reps, biceps curls, for each arm, at 25#, to see where I'm at in terms of strength and endurance. Strengthwise I could have gone heavier, but endurance-wise, my right arm complained during the third set. You totally did the right thing. I've found that coming back after a long absence is my downfall. I often can lift very close to what I used to be able to lift before the break, but then my muscles panic and I'm murderously sore for days.
