If *anyone* knows *anyone* who is considering getting some cats/kittens can you please *please* let me know (London area). I would be MOST grateful. Cheers.
Try PDSA or Cats Protection also, I believe they don't put down healthy cats. You might also want to add in the above that they are extremely friendly and good-natured, and a boy and a girl who keep each other company, both soot-black and very cute. Poor wee mites, I so wish I could home them.
Why the aargh though - have more kittens turned up?
yes - i just found a) that there are 5 of them and b) where they have been living. one of the kittens was trapped down the back of a radiator and was making a terrible noise.
Is it hurt? Was it there when the radiator was on?
That's just really bad, the poor wee things, they're so blameless but it's so shitty that they've been allowed to get to this situation.
Will try to find agencies you can call - definitely look up Cats Protection, they will be able to advise, check they don't put down healthy cats (I think the RSPCA do rather than look after them)
Right, well there's a local vet that i talked to and they have put me in touch with someone who finds homes for cats, but they need to be 8 weeks old so just have to live with it for now.
I don't think the radiator was on whilst it was stuck. It was struggling to walk after rescuing it so thought it might have damaged a leg or something, but I can't tell for sure which one it was now, so I guess it must be alright.
