Strange commute

So I saw a "little person" arguing with a retaining wall this morning while I was stuck in traffic on Rhode Island Avenue this morn. No punch line, just thought is was weird enough to post. I wanted to pull over and roll down the window in the worst way to hear what she was saying, but thought she might take that as I was taking the walls side.

maybe she was arguing with another little person on the other side of the wall that you couldn't see. maybe her little person friend had climbed over the wall and she was yelling at said little person to get back on this side right now....
or maybe you've been staying up too late playing wii, not getting enough sleep, and you imagined the whole thing....
