Hi Dave,
Firstly, out of interest, what's that in the front of your display picture? Is it a baby elephant? Please let it be a baby elephant.
I know what you mean about feeling funny about starting uni, I feel like I'm in year seven all over again! Especially when I walked into the kitchen on the first morning and my dad, bless his cotton socks, had made me a packed lunch!
I've been out of school for a year before now though, so it is hard to settle into study. Why did you take so much time off- what did you do?

So edgy.

Just have to say that I adore that last photograph! Very mysterious and interesting. I sense werewolves. And stuff.

Hey Dave,

I really enjoyed reading your poem about the axe's edge. And especially the pun "ooo it's edgy huh" at the end. Haha.
When reading the poem at first, it sounds really happy and light but then you re-read it and begin to realise that the happiness of the poem is all a farce. I find this type of poem very 'grabbing'. The sound of it pulls you in, Well done!

Rosie.

Oatley pub! that place is choice!

yeah, im rightfully behind on all my LJ stuff, so thought I'd catch up and randomly comment on your post...alright...it's only because i saw the words Oatley Pub... :D

the way you write in you LJ (to me) feels like dipped it in some subtle edge, wit and sarcasm, and i like it.
