I agree. Also, there should have been more Wookiees in Return of the Jedi; Lucas should never have changed the Wookiees to Ewoks.
That said, Revenge of the Sith was still an enjoyable movie. I don't have too many quibbles with it and probably actually like it better than Return of the Jedi, since there wasn't an hour of rather irrelevant muppetshow. Definitely better than the other two prequels, as well.
The only thing that REALLY bugged me about that movie is when Obi-Wan jumped off of the platform in the lava fight scene onto solid ground and was all, "I have the high ground now - this fight is over!" That was just so stupid and corny and plot-forced I almost felt physical pain.
The movie was good, except the way that Anakin's turn to the Dark Side shouldn't have been so abrupt (I know they foreshadowed it in previous episodes); I was expecting him to hesitate when he killed the younglings or at least show some sort of hint that he had an internal struggle (although there were a few scenes with that). The way Obi-Wan finished the battle was a bit awkward, but the immolation scene was nice. The score was good. And yeah, there should've been more Wookiees.
I've never cared for the Anakin character. I suppose he's an integral part of Star Wars, but I really could have done with less of him. Less Anakin, more battles!
And when the Clone Troopers turned on the Jedi, I wanted to cry. I love those Clone Troopers.

The term 'Younglings' make me giggle.
