What about Conroy? I would love to see Portland become the Roy-Jones-Conroy tandem again. Not that he would get much playing time, but not a bad back-up point guard to have on the bench... especially with those two former teammates!

Not likely as far as Conroy is concerned for several reasons, first of which is that Portland is stacked at guard already.

I did a little digging, and it turns out Conroy is -- as far as I can tell -- currently starting for a top Euroleague team in Italy, Virtus Bologna. I'm sure the money over there is better for him (vs. the D-league) and he's still being watched by NBA scouts as well, so he may be back in the league yet.

Notable former Virtus players currently in the NBA: Manu Ginobli (San Antonio), Rasho Nesterovic (Toronto), Marko Jaric (Minnesota) & Charlie Bell (Milwaukee).
