Did you know that peaches can taste moldy? Yuck!

Mine did this morning, and I thought I was going to hurl. I'm blaming this in part on my having a cold and a stuffy nose.

What a way to start a day! Here's hoping for better luck next time!

It LOOKED fine. There was one slightly wrinkly spot, but it was purchased about 5 days ago, so I wasn't too worried. It was all brown around the pit - totally not detectable from the outside!

Having a cold makes everything taste gross. But moldy peaches is extra horrible.
