That sounds yummy. I'd really like to try slow-cooking a beef brisket, or a pork tenderloin or something like that, but I'm afraid I'd be the only one to eat it.
Maybe when y'all come up in August I can give it a whirl. If you, Stace, Mom and Dad are there, it won't go to waste.

I made a nice roast tenderloin of pork and everybody ate it all up, with rice pilaf and salad and ice cream for dessert.
