hrm. also after not checking an old email address for months...nothing but spam and tmbg offtopic messages. which just makes me miss the old offtopic days...
All of the more or less defunct Yahoo groups I'm still subscribed to get nothing but spam nowadays. I think it might be better to be nothing at all than a spam repository.
That said, I also miss the old off-topic list days. I never really understood why it died out.
