er actually seitan is the only of those things i'd ever actually get tattooed.

I had seitan stroganoff last week in NYC. it was SO GOOD.

i was just reading a recipe for that last night. maybe ash and I need to have a dinner party soon...

The restaurant I went to was called Blossom. Think their menu is online, for ideas. They also had these "cod cakes" that were so tummy. Tasted like crab cakes but vegetarian.
